Victor A. Quinones

Vice President, Finance

Victor A. Quinones serves as the Vice President of Finance for Virtual-Q. In this position he has responsibility for the worldwide finance function in sales, marketing, professional services and product development in addition to corporate financial planning & analysis.

Prior to this position, Mr. Quinones was the Vice President, Corporate Development. In this position, he managed significant elements of the company's mergers and acquisitions, investments and licensing transactions.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Quinones has served in a variety of positions for the State of Texas and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.  Mr. Quinones is also the founder of God's Rainbow Christian Academy based in Sugar Land, Texas.
