Our Mission
Finding the right IT strategy for your business can take years. Providers often give you the five-star treatment when you first start discussing a partnership, and they make lofty promises about their high-quality service. However, before the ink can even dry on your contract, it becomes clear that those promises were just a ploy to get your business. The more times you go through the experience, the more disheartened you get with the IT industry as a whole.
At Virtual-Q, many of our customers come to us after years of testing out different—and equally disappointing—managed service providers. They know what their options are in terms of cloud computing and outsourced IT, and all they want is a company that treats them with respect and empathy throughout their partnership, not just at the outset. When we opened our doors in 2009, our mantra was: “Treat others the way you want to be treated.” As we’ve expanded and improved our technology over the years, our mantra has never changed. When customers experience problems with their technology or want to get more familiar with the network they use daily, our team members put aside their other tasks and give their full attention to the conversation.

Our Story
Virtual-Q began in 2009, but our leadership team used their decades of experience in the IT industry to guide the company’s creation. We wanted to create a technology that removed traditional computing barriers, such as location and hardware requirements, and made a fully virtual solution available for any business. This idea turned into “the Q,” a cloud-based infrastructure that matches the speed, versatility, and security of traditional physical computers.
In the past 12 years, our technology has enabled businesses throughout the nation to grow their operations. We helped a small auto dealership turn into a 2.5-billion-dollar enterprise in less than a decade and used our technology to facilitate a joint venture between two top oil companies. Our team members love seeing customers grow using our technology, and we do everything we can to make it happen.
